Our mission is to empower businesses by providing them with the tools and resources to launch successful crowdfunding campaigns. We are a fast-growing startup seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract campaign creators and backers.
    • Identify key marketing channels and set measurable objectives to drive growth.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  3. Content Creation and Brand Messaging:
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media posts.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with target audiences.
  4. Partnerships and Community Engagement:
    • Build and manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to amplify the platform’s reach.
    • Engage with the crowdfunding community through webinars, events, and online discussions.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Prepare regular reports to communicate results and insights to the leadership team.
  6. Market Research and Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date on crowdfunding trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
    • Experiment with innovative marketing approaches to differentiate the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups, fintech, or crowdfunding.
    • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
    • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
    • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
